Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Mythic Clash: Epic Heroes mobile application (the "App") operated by Hood Lawn Service Inc. ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You May:

• Download and install the App on your personal device(s)
• Use the App for entertainment and personal enjoyment
• Share screenshots and gameplay videos on social media

You May NOT:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
• Distribute or make the App available over a network
• Use cheats, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the App responsibly and not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or provide false information

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hood Lawn Service Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

All hero designs, artwork, graphics, sounds, music, and other creative elements are the property of Hood Lawn Service Inc. or licensed to us.

5. Free-to-Play

Mythic Clash is currently free to play with all core features available at no cost. We reserve the right to introduce optional in-app purchases in future updates.

6. Advertisements

The App may display advertisements from third-party ad networks. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements. Clicking on ads will redirect you to third-party websites or services.

7. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time
• Change game features, content, or balance
• Update these Terms as needed

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of information

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOOD LAWN SERVICE INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
• Damages resulting from third-party advertisements or links

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hood Lawn Service Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Hood Lawn Service Inc. is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hood Lawn Service Inc. regarding the use of the App.
